Choose your routine and attachment

Start with clean, dry skin. Choose your attachment based on your skin concern and connect to your device. Access My SkinSpa in the Therabody app for custom daily routines designed for your unique skincare goals.

Power on the device and choose your settings

Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Select your temperature and vibration setting for the Heat & Massage Attachment, LED type for the 4-in-1 LED Attachment and the microcurrent and temperature setting for the CryoCurrent Attachment.

Glide over the face or target with LED

For the Heat & Massage Attachment, glide the device slowly across the skin, about 5 seconds per stroke, repeating each movement 3 times before switching sides. For the 4-in-1 LED Attachment, hold the device over each area of concern for 3 minutes. Finish with the CryoCurrent Attachment by applying microcurrent conductive gel, then follow the same gliding motion.
