Choose your routine and attachment
Start with clean, dry skin. Choose your attachment based on your skin concern and connect to your device. Access My SkinSpa in the Therabody app for custom daily routines designed for your unique skincare goals.
Power on the device and choose your settings
Press the power button and select your LED or heat and massage settings. For heated massage, allow the device 20–30 seconds to reach temperature. For LED light therapy, choose the setting that matches your concern: red and red + infrared light help reduce fine lines and wrinkles, yellow light reduces visible redness and evens skin tone, and blue light targets blemish-prone skin.
Target with LED or glide slowly over the face
For LED light therapy, hold the device over each area of concern for 3 minutes, once daily. For the Heat & Massage Attachment, glide the device slowly across the skin, about 5 seconds per movement, repeating 3 times before switching sides.
